The aim of the course is to introduce the basic violin technique, and for them to become accustomed to the routine and discipline of practising regularly, which is necessary to achieve progress. The course also aims to develop the children's interest and enjoyment of music through playing the violin.

Cello

  Description :

It really is never too late to start learning to play the cello! Said to be the instrument closest to the human voice, it is also remarkably natural to play. The teacher will lead the class through basic reading and counting skills, bowing and fingering techniques and a variety of classical, folk melodies and newage melodies, along with some interesting cello history, culminating in a Cello Party in which we will play with and for each other. This course is also for those who have studied a bit in the past and wish to return to the cello.
